Malaysia context, I guess it also quite famous genre since the song with this

lip synching the words to the song on-screen, often while dancing. As for
example, Shah Rukh Khan that really famous in Malaysia where almost all of his
songs from movies get such a huge attention such as in Mohabatein but the songs
actually did not be sang by him but by professional playback singers. The songs
usually had been added with dance.

recognized the movie from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol which is Dilwale. From the
movie, the songs which are “Janam Janam” and “Gerua” got such a big responded

ELECTRONIC : DANCE MUSIC
Hello ~ This entry will be exposed about dance music genre.
Sometimes I do listen to these kinds of music especially when I am so excited
or just because I want to hear it. This kinds of beat often used in party and
been used to make people become more excited. Do you actually listen to this
kind of genre by the way ? Let not discuss about it yet but let proceed to know
better about dance music genre.
(Electronic) dance music is a broad set of percussive music
genres that largely inherit from 1970s disco music and, to some extent, the
experimental pop music of Kraftwerk. Such music was originally borne of and
popularized via regional nightclub scenes in the 1980s. It is constructed by means of electronic
instruments such as synthesizers, drums machines and sequencers, and generally
emphasizes the unique sounds of those instruments, even when mimicking
traditional acoustic instrumentation. It sometimes encompasses music not
primarily meant for dancing, but derived from the dance-oriented styles.
Dance music is typically composed using computers and synthesizers, and rarely
has any physical instruments played live for the track, instead this is
replaced by sampled percussive beats or phrases, the latter often being cut up
beyond their original rhythms, or digital/electronic sounds. Dance music
typically ranges from 120bpm up to 200bpm.
Dance music is categorized by music journalists and fans
alike as an ever-evolving plethora of named genres, styles and sub-styles. Some
genres, such as techno, house, trance, electro, breakbeat, drum and bass, Italo
disco, and Eurobeat (closely related to Italo disco) are primarily intended to
promote dancing. Others, such as IDM, glitch and trip-hop, are more
experimental and tend to be associated more with listening than dancing. Dance genre widely used not only for dancing but also in
others occasion because it have a catchy and interactive tones and melodies on
it. So here, I had prepared a list of few famous dance music .

OST : SOUNDTRACK
Assalammualaikum~ I will write about soundtrack for this entry. In fact, i have always loved film and TV soundtracks.
Since then, I often was introduced with the artist that I haven’t heard of
before as it provide an attention-grabbing selection of songs and artists with a
common mood or theme.
The term soundtrack can refer to several
things, depending on use. In the broadest sense it simply means everything you
hear in the movie - sound effects, dialog, music. This meaning is usually
applied in a more technical setting, in reference to the sound as opposed to
the visuals. Soundtrack can also refer to the entirety of the music in the
film, encompassing score and songs that were either licensed or written for the
film. Confusingly enough, oftentimes record companies will release a soundtrack
from a movie which does not include any of the score. Generally that's because
people are more interested in listening to songs from the movie that were
written to stand alone, as opposed to score which was written to be part of the
whole of the film. So the term soundtrack can also refer to only the songs in a
movie, excluding the score that also sometimes called background score,
background music, film music or incidental music which is original music
written specifically to accompany a film.
Most of the movies or film today will used
a lot kinds of sound or music in the movies basically with the intention to
keep audiences engaged and in-the-moment without being too distracting.
Somehow, the songs were great to listen then others songs and it can recall to
that particular movie itself. So, next time you watch your favorite movies or
television series, let try giving more attention to the soundtrack. Not only
you could acknowledge some new artists or interesting music genre that you
might never like before but at the same times, you can appreciate on how much
care and effort that been served to creating just right atmosphere.
Before that, let preview some soundtrack from
Hollywood old movies that had received numerous award s and ranks in chart in
longest time as well as the soundtrack that famous in Malaysia where usually
famous Malay television series have such a good soundtrack that been loved by
the viewers
.

MUSICAL : OPERA
Assalammualaikum guys ~ Did you know what is
Opera? Some of us might said that it is some sort of musical with such a loud
ways of singing or maybe just a music. If you don’t really know about this genre where I also actually did not know much about it too so let us together learn something new or add more knowledge about Opera genre right now. Let's go guys !!!
Opera is a staged drama set to music in its entirety, made up of vocal pieces
with instrumental accompaniment and usually with orchestral overtures and
interludes. In some operas the music is continuous throughout an act; in others
it is broken up into discrete pieces, or “numbers,” separated either by
recitative (a dramatic type of singing that approaches speech) or by spoken
dialogue. The singers vocal, uses of sound and the dynamic of voice would be different from normal way of singing which means that it is much harder than usual.
As from my reading, since they are not just using normal voice so
they need some tips that maintain their confident and quality of their singing
includes relaxation, breath control, volume control, proper diction, proper
pitch, vibrato, and vocal abrobatics. The most important thing to remember is
that everyone has the ability to learn how to sing opera. Singing operatically
is not about being born with some magical singing power. It just requires hard
work, dedication and a desire to learn. So, i personally admired their effort when performing opera. tI also provide some songs that really famous over the years as well as some incredible opera singer here.
List of famous opera songs :
- Nessun dorma (Turandot)
- Habanera (Carmen)
- O Fortuna (Carmina Burana)
- The Lakme Flower Duet

List of greatest opera singers :

into social networking services and the video sharing platform YouTube. Since
the mid-2000s, the K-pop music market has experienced double digit growth
rates. In the first half of 2012, it grossed nearly US$3.4 billion and was
recognized by Time magazine as "South Korea's Greatest Export". As in
Malaysia itself, back few years where the “ Korean Waves “ occurred, everyone

As Jamaican singer, musician and songwriter, Bob Marley served
as a world ambassador for reggae music and sold more than 20 million records

Bob Marley was born on February 6, 1945, in St. Ann Parish,
Jamaica. In 1963, Marley and his friends formed the Wailing Wailers. The
Wailers' big break came in 1972, when they landed a contract with Island
Records. Marley went on to sell more than 20 million records throughout his
career, making him the first international superstar to emerge from the
so-called Third World. However, he died in Miami, Florida, on May 11, 1981.
Meanwhile, raggae actually been inverted by The Wailers, a band started by Bob
Marley, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer in 1963. The, reggae is a music genre first developed in Jamaica in the
late 1960s. While sometimes used in a broad sense to refer to most types of
popular Jamaican dance music, the term reggae more properly denotes a
particular music style that evolved out of the earlier genres ska and rock steady. The main instruments that been used in reggae music was bass
guitar's which play important role in reggae music is to provide a solid, full
sound to the song. The bass guitar brings everything to unity. It is the glue
that holds the guitar, drums, organ, percussion, horns, vocals, and any other
instruments together. Thus, it is the hook of the song and often plays the melody. Here i also stated some of his famous songs and down here, i add a video of Bob Marley song. Take your time, listen to it.
