BABY SONG : LULLABY

Hello ! Do you have any memories that when you are young, you did listen to lullaby? If it is me, I do remember that I had listened to lullaby. But then, even though I am already in aged of twenties, I actually still love to listen to lullabies. It can calm my feeling and help me feel ease in other way.

A lullaby or cradle-song, also spelled cradle song, is a soothing song or piece of music, usually played or sung to children or adults. The purposes of lullabies vary. In some societies they are used to pass down cultural knowledge or tradition. Moreover, a lullaby is such a soft and soothing song that mostly been sang to an infant or small child. In lullabies usually have repetitive lyrics. Lullabies basically could be know as baby song as well.

Furthermore, lullabies have such an intimate connection between the singer and the baby. They let the baby know that all is well, that there is someone there to care for them, and that they can sleep. They are reassurance of security and a wonderful way to signal that it is now time to sleep or be calm.
In other words, they are a form of communication that sends a message much more than the simple song itself. They are expressions of love and security that are understood long before the words have meaning to the infant. The melody itself actually could make us fall to sleep easily.
