BOLLYWOOD : HINDUSTAN

Assalammmualaikum everyone ~ Namastee..Actually I in a good mood to write about this entry because this genre been my favorite music in my playlist and even in karaoke together with my best friend, we will always choose this genre and really have a good times singing this particular music genre even though somehow we make some kind of horrible sound. The music genre that I been talking about is Bollywood music which is we called it as Hindustan.

In Malaysia, Bollywood movies actually really popular maybe because we have Indian races in our country but even Malay people actually watch Bollywood movies like me. From the movies, the viewer usually will also be attracted to Hindustan songs that actually were a beautiful and somehow catchy to ear.

Bollywood film music is called filmi music where from Hindi that give meaning "of films". Songs from Bollywood movies are generally pre-recorded by professional playback singers, with the actors then lip synching the words to the song on-screen, often while dancing. As for example, Shah Rukh Khan that really famous in Malaysia where almost all of his songs from movies get such a huge attention such as in Mohabatein but the songs actually did not be sang by him but by professional playback singers. The songs usually had been added with dance.

In Malaysia, I pretty sure that a lot of people will recognized the movie from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol which is Dilwale. From the movie, the songs which are “Janam Janam” and “Gerua” got such a big responded from Malaysian. Together with the success, there are even Malaysia artist that cover on that particular song, “Janam Janam.” Down here, I list out some Hindustan music that actually quite famous especially among their fans. Have a nice review guys.
